Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy

“The therapists who have been wounded could provide their clients with a deeper level of

empathy, patience, and acceptance.”  – Carl Jung

•Do you feel too tired to help yourself or please others and feel lost and empty?

•On the surface, everything seems fine, but inside, you feel alone and misunderstood and do not know why?

•Have you experienced something bad or unexpected, something you couldn’t have ever predicted, and it has turned your life upside down?

And you don’t even know who you are anymore?

•Do you struggle with menopause and don’t feel like you have anything to look forward to…

•Do you have a sleeping problem, unhelpful habits relating to food, smoking, gaming etc. and want to change them?

•Do you feel you are not living life in pursuit of your authentic and core values?

I can help you!

I have focused intentionally on purely evidence-based practice. This means I do not practice disciplines that are as yet unable to provide satisfactory evidence for their efficacy. Modern psychology describes hypnosis ((non-state model. Not Trance or trance feelings). Focuses on suggestibility of the key idea. Not trance or trance feelings. as a ‘state of increased suggestibility’. This increased suggestibility is able to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours and it’s a really enjoyable experience,

Hypnotherapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy integrates hypnosis and hypnotherapy with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). They are each
proven effective psychotherapeutic approaches in their own right. Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy has been shown to be an even more effective and long-lasting approach than
either individual method.

Looking back at the last several years of my life, I have been thrown into navigating the mostchallenging aspects and life experiences, and there has been a complete cracking of all masks. The most significant benefit of this process is that I am learning again, like a child, to re-evaluateeverything with curiosity and enthusiasm. I have stopped trying to change facts and hopingothers will change. I have learned I do not have to change anything; it is about finding my truenature and speaking and acting from it. Whatever our quality is, that is our wealth and ourbeauty. That is what other people respond to…. I am not perfect, but I am real…

My life has been wholly transformed, so I am dedicating it to helping other people’s lives. I loveoffering the same possibility of change, encouragement, and acceptance that I have
experienced to others through my therapy sessions.
